GetBenefitsHelp is a tool to help people understand SNAP work rules and what they may need to do to get or keep their food benefits.
How does it work?
- Answer a few questions to find out if you need to follow SNAP work rules
- Learn what to do next if you qualify for an exemption, or if your work already meets the rules
- Learn what to do if you're not meeting the requirements
- Get a document you can share with your SNAP agency
This isn't a SNAP application
We don't send anything to your SNAP agency. You'll get a form you can choose to share.
